Our delicates bag holds up to 15 pounds and is perfect for your delicate items, including undergarments workout gear, swimsuits, and any items potentially vulnerable to shrinking.
These items will be washed, immediately hung before air drying, and will be returned on hangers.

View all FAQsHow big are the bags and how much do they fit?
Our Laundry Bag is 22.5” x 33” and holds 4-5 loads or ~35 lb. of laundry. This is a great option for couples or small families.
The Pink Hang Dry Bag is 14” x 18” and holds ~1 load or 8-10 lb. of laundry. It’s comparable in size to a small backpack.
Do I have to sort or pre-treat stains?
Nope. Simply fill the bag before pickup and we will take it from there. We sort all lights and darks into separate piles and pre-treat stains before items go in the washer.
Please check your pockets for personal items before filling the bag. We will do our best to check, but your help is appreciated!
What items should I put in the Wash & Hang Dry bag?
Our pink bag is for items that could shrink with exposure to heat. This includes items made of spandex, polyester, and lace-like workout gear, underwear, bras, and bathing suits. Heavier garments like jeans or sweaters and items made from delicate fabrics like silk should be placed in our Dry Cleaning bag to receive the best care possible. If you choose to place heavier garments like jeans or sweaters in The Pink Bag, they may arrive a bit damp and should be hung in your home to fully dry.
How are my clothes washed?
All laundry is washed on cold cycles. Washing your laundry on cold instead of hot is not only better for the environment, but it is also better for your clothes. Hot water can cause clothes to shrink, fade, and wear out faster. Cold water is gentler on fabrics and can help them last longer.
When it comes to the drying cycle, your laundry is tumble dried on medium heat. Our commercial dryers include sensors that monitor moisture in the load. Once the desired dryness level is reached, the heat shuts off.
At that point, the dryer will continue tumbling for some minutes to cool down. Compared to a conventional dryer that is time-based, our dryers reduce the risk of shrinkage.
