View all FAQsWhat is the cleaning process for linens?
We will follow the same cleaning process as our regular Wash, Dry, Fold service. Linens are sorted, checked & treated for stains, washed on cold, dried on medium heat, and neatly folded and packaged for delivery. All items in your Linens Bag are washed with your detergent and softener preferences that you selected during signup.
What can I put in my Linens bag?
We recommend using The Linen Bag for all machine-washable household items.
Acceptable items: sheets, towels, blankets, comforters, pillowcases and shams, washcloths, and more.
Unacceptable items: non-machine washable linens, clothing items (including robes and gowns), rubberized bathmats, down or heavy-duty comforters, rugs, lined curtains, stuffed animals, anything leather, suede, or pleather.
How big is The Linen Bag?
The Linen Bag is 24 inches wide and 36 inches tall. It holds up to 45 pounds and is perfect for your washable household items like sheets, bedding, towels, etc. Your Linen Bag could look something like this:
How can I get the Linen Bag?
After you signup, you will recieve a Linen bag in your welcome kit that is dropped at your door before your first pickup. If you need additional bags, simply download our app and click "Request a Bag" in the Profile section. It's that easy!
